VANCOUVER, BC – Sierra Systems Group Inc., a leading information technology and consulting services company, today announced the appointments of three new regional vice presidents: Billy Haynes to the Austin market, Margaret Lair to the Edmonton market and Leslie Ormel to the Winnipeg market. All three are responsible for bringing the full spectrum of Sierra Systems' expertise in management consulting, systems integration and managed services to help improve the operational performance of clients in their respective markets.

Before joining Sierra Systems, Haynes held senior level positions with IBM and AYN, Inc. He has an extensive background in information technology infrastructure, customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning systems and custom software development.
Lair has held executive level positions with EDS/HP, CGI and SHL Systemhouse. She has deep experience in strategic client relationship management, integrated services and strategic business development, and integrated solutions delivery in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to Sierra Systems, Ormel served in a senior leadership role for EDS/HP and SHL Systemhouse in Manitoba. She was responsible for strategic technology initiatives in their largest public and private sector clients and had responsibility for strategic business development and executive sales relationships. She also held management positions at Platinum Technology, Inc. and Digital Equipment of Canada.
